Made with 100% high quality Italian Durum Wheat Semolina and pure spring water from the Majella.

High protein content of 15%.

Extruded through traditional bronze dies.

Slow drying at low temperature up to 18 hours to best preserve the flavour and aroma of the wheat and natural colour of the semolina.

Beautifully consistent and elastic with excellent resistance to cooking times.
