I am a special passata because I am made with long tomatoes that are ripened under the Puglian sun. Harvested by our own farmers, and immediately processed by expert hands only in the months of August and September, the best months to be bottled. "Sweet & tasty" they describe me because I turn every dish into a delicious recipe.
